Love it, but what about SP2?

I mentioned before that I think this is one of the best tools I've found to complement SW. However, since installing SP2 it doesn't work. The result - a nice white pdf with only the 3d viewing area visible. The buttons are there if you can find them but there is no text, no background image, no theme and no icons. I'm very disapointed because I use this more than eDrawings to communicate with my customers. Any comments on the future of this product?

Also, Aditya's problem sounds like an Acrobat version issue - you need Acrobat 8 to view these pdf's - I get the same result when using Acrobat 5 to view them ("Enable 3D View").
