General Practices Regarding Storage of Models and Data. You agree that SolidWorks has no responsibility or liability for the deletion or failure to store any models or data you may upload to the SolidWorks Labs site. SolidWorks has set an initial limit of 10 Mb for storage space used and has no fixed upper limit on the number of transactions you may engage in through the SolidWorks Labs site; however, we retain the right, at our sole discretion, to modify and/or create limits at any time with or without notice.

Upon the termination of your use of the SolidWorks Labs site, including upon inactivity in your account for a continuous period of at least 30 days, SolidWorks may close your account and you will no longer be able to retrieve content contained in that account. SolidWorks may change this policy at any time with or without notice.

Security Since SolidWorks Labs is not intended for production usage, the security of the site and the storage may not be equivalent to the security you use for your own production models. SolidWorks accepts no responsibility for maintaining the security of any models or data transmitted to or through the SolidWorks Labs site and you should adjust your usage of the site accordingly.

Release. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby release and waive all claims against SolidWorks and its employees and agents from any and all liability for claims, damages (actual and consequential), costs and expenses (including litigation costs and attorneys' fees) of every kind and nature, arising out of or in any way connected with the use of this Website. If you are a California resident, you waive your rights under California Civil Code ยง 1542, which state, "A general Release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favor at the time or executing the release, which if know by him must have materially affected his settlement with the debtor."
